DESCRIPTION
This pasta is made from flour obtained from whole-milled spelt grain - hull, endosperm and germ, making it a valuable source of fiber.
The spelt grains used to make the flour for pasta come exclusively from organic, Polish cultivation.
Artisanal production methods, including the use of bronze dies, give the pasta a rough surface that ensures perfect adhesion of the sauce.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Before eating, cook approx. 7 minutes, al dente 6 minutes (100 g of pasta per 1 liter of salted water)
