Spelt pasta, wholemeal swirls bio 250 g - bartolini is a unique product, which is made from organic wholemeal spelt wheat flour type 2000. This flour is obtained from full milling of spelt grain, which includes the husk, endosperm and germ. This makes the pasta a valuable source of fiber, which is important for health and the proper functioning of the digestive system. The spelt grains used in the production of flour come only from organic, Polish cultivation, which guarantees the highest quality. In addition, artisanal production methods, including the use of bronze dies, give the pasta a rough surface that ensures perfect adhesion of the sauce, making each dish exceptionally flavorful.
Directions for use
Before consumption, cook the pasta for about 7 minutes to achieve al dente consistency for 6 minutes. The suggested amount is 100 g of pasta per 1 liter of salted water.
