How to make a return?

1. Go to your account and then select the goods you wish to return in the returns section.
2. In the steps below, select your return by clicking the 'Use shop shipping' option and select the form you would like to use to receive your refund.
3. Create a returns slip with address labels, print it out and make sure you sign the returns slip.

4. Place the packaged products along with the return slip in the box provided for shipping and seal it tightly.

   You can use the box in which you received the goods. Go to a parcel collection point where you can quickly and conveniently send your parcel around the clock. Please note that the dimensions of the parcel must not exceed 41 x 38 x 64 cm and the weight must not exceed 25 kg.

   We will refund your money in the format chosen in the returns instructions within 14 days of you informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, this is usually a shorter period.

   We may refuse a refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof that you have returned the product.

   his procedure is not a prerequisite for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
