Directions for use

Recommended daily serving

The recommended daily serving is 4 grams of powder, from which two glasses of juice should be prepared. One glass should be drunk in the morning on an empty stomach 30 minutes before breakfast and one glass should be drunk in the evening at least 2 hours after dinner, preferably just before bedtime. Drink the juice in small sips holding it in the mouth for a few seconds.
