Yerba mate Green Mass Energia Guarana is a blend created for those who enjoy an intense boost. Its composition includes yerba mate with added guarana, cornflower petals, marigold flower, mint, and lemongrass. The blend is rich in polyphenols and theophyllines. Guarana is valued for its stimulating properties, offering more caffeine than coffee, as well as theobromine and theophylline, which may support memory and concentration. Cornflower, also known as bluebottle, is sometimes associated with cleansing properties. Marigold may support immunity and proper liver function. Mint, combined with lemongrass, gives the blend a refreshing taste and may contribute to improved metabolism.

Usage

Pour yerba mate into a vessel (from 1/4 to 3/4 of its capacity). Tilt the vessel so that the herb settles diagonally. Place the bombilla in the empty space. Pour water at 70-80°C or iced water over it. Steep for 3-5 minutes. The same blend can be steeped multiple times.
