INGREDIENTS
yerba mate green (Ilex Paraguariensis).

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Pour the yerba mate into a dish (a little more than half). Place your hand on top of the dish and turn it upside down. Slowly tilt the vessel with the right side up, so that the dryness sits diagonally. Place the bombilla in the empty space, pour hot water at 70 - 80 degrees Celsius. Wait 3 minutes. You can brew the same portion of leaves several times. You can use hot water or cold water.
