Organic yellow lentils are characterized by a very delicate flavor. It tends to break down after cooking,so it is perfect as an addition to soups or stews. It is also ideal for one-pot dishes. It can be used to prepare sandwich pastes or stuffing for filling dumplings, croquettes, pasties and even meat roasts.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
cook previously rinsed lentils at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of lentils per 2 servings of water) for about 25 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
