Directions for use
Wild rice should first be thoroughly rinsed under running water, and then cooked at a ratio of 1:2 (1 part rice to 2 parts water) for about 40-45 minutes, until the grains become soft and absorb all the water. Once cooked, it can be served as an accompaniment to meat, vegetable dishes or salads, adding a unique flavor and crunch to dishes. It can also be used as an ingredient in baked goods or in dishes.
