Organic spelt flour type 2000 is a whole grain flour, i.e. it comes from the full milling of the whole grain of spelt wheat. It contains gluten that is well absorbed by the body. Wholemeal ORKISZ flour can be used independently for baking bread, cakes, cookies, pancakes, pancakes and noodles.
