Product Description

Organic white beans are a well-known and popular legume. It is an excellent source of fiber and vegetable protein. Recommended for soups, one-pot dishes (excellent with vegetables), pates and pastes.

Preparation

previously soaked for at least 12 hours and rinsed beans cook until tender in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt the beans only at the end of cooking.
