Product description
Organic white beans are a well-known and popular legume. It is an excellent source of fiber and vegetable protein. Recommended for soups, one-pot dishes (excellent with vegetables), pates and pastes.
Preparation method
Pre-soaked for at least 12 hours and rinsed, cook beans until tender in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt the beans only at the end of cooking.
