Directions for use
To prepare one veggie, mix 12 g of vEGGs powder (22 ml), 2 ½ tablespoons of water (37 ml / 37 g) and half a teaspoon of oil (2.5 ml). Use the mixture thus prepared as a substitute for one chicken egg in any recipe. For the preparation of vegan scrambled eggs, pour the mixture into a heated, oiled skillet and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring gently. Avoid adding milk or cream to omelets and casseroles.
