Product Description
VegeMe is a comprehensive set of vitamins and minerals designed for people following a vegetarian and vegan diet. The supplement is divided into two complementary formulas: VegeMe DAY and VegeMe NIGHT, which allows to optimize synergies and avoid unwanted interactions between active ingredients.
The VegeMe DAY formula contains, among other things, methylated and coenzymatic forms of B vitamins (B6, B9, B12), iron, selenium, choline, as well as nettle and rosehip extract - a natural source of vitamin C. As a result, it supports the functioning of the nervous and immune systems, contributes to reducing feelings of fatigue, and supports the production of red blood cells.
The VegeMe NIGHT formula provides zinc, calcium and myo-inositol, supplementing the diet with ingredients that support healthy skin, hair and nails, as well as proper bone mineralization. The whole formula was developed with attention to bioavailability and safety of supplementation - without unnecessary additives and artificial substances.
Recommended intake
VegeMe DAY - 1 capsule daily in the morning
VegeMe NIGHT - 1 capsule per day in the evening

- Folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate) - 100 µg (50% RWS)

- Zinc - 10 mg (100% RWS)
- Calcium - 143 mg (18% RWS)
- Myo-inositol - 50 mg
Ingredients
VegeMe DAY: choline bicinate, nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica L.) DER 20:1, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), rosehip extract (Rosa canina L.) standardized to 75% vitamin C DER 10:1, iron (II) fumarate, L-selenomethionine, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), calcium L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin.
VegeMe NIGHT: calcium salts of citric acid, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, myo-inositol, zinc citrate, silicon dioxide.
