Organic unroasted buckwheat groats are an easily digestible and low-calorie product. We recommend it for dinners in combination with vegetables or stews and as an addition to soups, one-pot dishes and pates. Rinse semolina, cook in salted water at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of semolina per 2 servings of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
