Application

Orally: twice a day, 1 to 2 drops. Take diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
Dermal (massage, bath): 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Aromatizing the air: 2 to 5 drops according to personal preference and room size.
