Clitoria ternatea, also known as Butterfly Pea Tea, is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine.
The coloring properties of clitoria flowers have applications in Asian cuisine.
In Thailand, Burma and Malaysia, we can find blue rice, desserts and drinks based on the infusion or extract of the flowers.
In Europe, hand-picked and carefully dried flowers are most commonly used to prepare blue tea.
Clitoria infusion is characterized by its herbal aroma and flavor.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION AND OTHER NOTES
pour a glass of about 200 ml of boiling water over 4-5 flowers. Cover and set aside to brew for 10-15 minutes. Drink 2 times a day.
