Dietary supplement. Like most citrus oils, orange essential oil is widely recognized for its refreshing and uplifting aroma.

Usage

Oral use: 1 to 2 drops, twice daily. To be taken diluted in a tablespoon of honey or vegetable oil. Topical use (massage, bath): 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Air diffusion: 5 to 10 drops, according to personal preference and room size.
