Purpose of use
Step 1 Get to know your Plantula and spend a few minutes with it before bed. This is an important time to fit the pillow to your body so that it is just like you. Lay your head on it and make sure its thickness is right for you. Boldly touch, knead and move the shell - you will find out how malleable and comfortable it is.
Step 2 The pillow should perfectly match your body shape and what position you like to sleep in. If its thickness is right, great! If not, without hesitation, open the pillow, siphon off a cup of husk (or more) into a paper or cotton bag and see if it's comfortable for you. Siphon off and add more husk until you get the optimal thickness. Even if you siphon off half the filling, it will be OK. Keep the excess husk at the latest, you may find that after time you will replenish the Plantula with it.
Step 3. If you already know what thickness of Plantula is just right for you, it's time for modeling! Before you lie down on the pillow, form an indentation for your head with your hand, and model a roller at the bottom to support your neck and spine. Lay down and see if you are comfortable. Move the scales with your arms and shape the pillow until you feel the moment of complete harmony with your body.
WARNINGS
You can wash the pillowcase according to the instructions on the label after you have previously spilled the filling. Do not clean the scales themselves. If the pillow gets wet,spill the scales and dry them in a warm and airy place. Plantula pillow is refreshingly affected by frost and sun.
Remember to replace the scales with new ones after one year of use.
