Product description
Organic spelt groats obtained from dehusked spelt grain. It has a mild taste, is extremely nutritious and gives a feeling of satiety for a long time. Recommended as a base for a hot breakfast, lunch or dinner, sweet or salty, and for thickening soups and one-pot dishes.
Preparation Method
cook the previously briefly soaked semolina in salted water at a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of semolina to 2 portions of water) over low heat for about 25 minutes.
