Product description
Organic soybeans are one of the most popular Asian products.
It is perfect as an addition to one-pot dishes, soups, vegetable dishes, vegetable and meat dishes, salads. Crushed it is ideal for flour dishes, pastes, cutlets. Soybeans contain a high protein content, and are a staple in vegetarian and vegan diets.
Method of preparation
Pre-soaking soybeans for at least 8 hours, cook in lightly salted water at a ratio of 1:2.5 (1 serving of soybeans per 2.5 servings of water) for about 60 minutes.
