INGREDIENTS
water, bread starter (RICE flour, water) - 10,7%, wholemeal rye flour, graham wheat flour, garlic.
DESCRIPTION
Only natural ingredients skillfully combined with bread sourdough were used to make sour soup. Sour soup does not contain preservatives, artificial flavors, dyes.
Unpasteurized product in continuous fermentation. During opening it may be agitated.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Prepare 2 - 2,5 liters of stock (vegetable or meat). Carefully strain it. Bring the stock to a boil and add the contents of the bottle after shaking it. Cook over low heat, stirring for 2 - 3 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes, hard-boiled egg quarters or white sausage.
