Thanks to its ability to withstand high temperatures, shea oil is ideal for baking and frying, giving baked goods a crisp, flushed crust. It can also replace animal-derived butter, providing an excellent vegan alternative for spreading on bread.

Notes
Shea oil at temperatures up to 28 degrees Celsius has a solid consistency. To change its consistency to liquid, place the product in a water bath. BIO PLANETE's shea oil deodorization process uses steam, which is a form of physical refining and eliminates the need for aggressive chemicals. Replace the oil after 10 uses.
