Orzo (also known as Risoni) is a small, dried pasta shaped like grains of rice. According to the Italians, the grains look like HUNGER. For this reason, the product is called Orzo, which means RICE in Italian. In Sicily, Orzo's place of origin, people use this pasta primarily as a side dish for soups. But there are many other ways to prepare it, such as with tomato sauce or pesto, also as a pilaf with grilled vegetables. It is perfect for a quick risotto, called orzotto.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Boil water with salt. Pour in the pasta and boil for 7 minutes
