Product description
The algae are hand-harvested in their natural habitat, on the coast of Galicia (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese Waters). Dehydrated and scalded, they can be used as a base for salads. Cooked as an accompaniment to FISH and seafood dishes or in scrambled eggs, croquettes, soups, stews, rice, pasta and hamburgers. 4 g of the product contains 150 µg of iodine, which covers the daily requirement for this ingredient.
