Product description
Organic black beans are a legume with a slightly sweet taste. It is an excellent source of fiber and plant protein. It is excellent in paste form (ground after cooking) with herbs and spices, and as an addition to soups, vegetable or grain dishes.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Previously soaked for at least 12 hours and rinsed beans should be cooked until tender in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt the beans only at the end of cooking.
