Recommended Use: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one sachet and brew for 5 minutes. The same sachet can be brewed a second time. Note that the infusion from the second brewing is considered the most valuable. Therefore, do not immediately throw away the sachet and pour boiling water again. It facilitates bowel movements.
