DESCRIPTION
Shells is the Polish name for conchiglie pasta.
The pasta is made from semolina, a coarse flour obtained from high-grade durum wheat.
Shells are perfect for soups and combine very well with sauces, for example, with pieces of meat and vegetables. They are an ideal ingredient in casseroles and salads, giving them a striking appearance.
Try them in combination with sauces and other tomato products.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Boil 1 l of water for 100 g of pasta, add pasta and salt. Cook for about 8 minutes stirring occasionally.
