Organic dietary supplement. Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) supports respiratory health and contributes to the well-being of the respiratory tract.

Usage

Oral use: 1 to 2 drops twice daily. To be taken diluted in a tablespoon of honey or vegetable oil.

Skin (massage, bath): 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

For air diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to personal preference and room size.
