Usage

Oral use: twice daily, 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or vegetable oil.

Topical use (massage, bath): 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Air aromatization: 5 to 10 drops according to personal preference and room size.
