Product description

Organic roasted buckwheat groats are most often used as an ingredient in dinners combined with vegetables or stews, and as an addition to soups, one-pot dishes and pates.

Preparation method

Cook the porridge in salted water at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of porridge per 2 servings of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes. The porridge can also be prepared by pouring boiling water in a 1:1 ratio and leaving it covered for about 7 minutes.
