We recommend roasted buckwheat groats for lunches in combination with COOLS or stews and as an addition to soups, one-pot dishes and pates. Rinse the groats and pour boiling water over them in a 1:1 ratio, keep covered for about 7 minutes. The semolina does not need to be boiled.
