The formula of the supplement is based on extracts of ashwagandha, valerian, hops cones and passionflower, enriched with melatonin, L-theanine, magnesium and vitamin B6, which reduce the feeling of fatigue and tiredness.

RECOMMENDED USE
2 capsules daily - 2 - 3 hours before bedtime.

NOTES

DER 4:1, pyridoxalo-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, melatonin.
Storage conditions
Store in a tightly closed container, at room temperature 15-25° C, in a dry place, out of the reach of small children. Protect from moisture and light. To be consumed within 2 months of opening the package.
