Due to their very high fiber content, which plays a special role in regulating the function of the digestive tract, they are becoming increasingly popular. Seeds can be consumed in beverage form, drenched in water, milk or fruit juice. They can also be an excellent addition to many dishes, including as an ingredient in desserts, a coating for meats or a thickener.
RECOMMENDED USE
