Lactic acid bacteria, such as Lactobacillus acidophilus, naturally occur in the human digestive tract. The supplement can supplement the daily diet during periods of special demand - such as during dietary changes, travel or as support for a varied lifestyle.
The presence of inulin, which is a soluble fiber, creates favorable conditions for the growth of intestinal bacteria and supports intestinal microbial diversity as part of a balanced diet.
