Peas in its composition contains significant amounts of B vitamins, especially vitamin B3, affecting the lowering of cholesterol levels in the blood. In addition, it contains vitamin K, thanks to which the blood maintains proper clotting. The jar is a safe packaging - its micronutrients do not penetrate into the food. After emptying, it can be reused. Peas in a jar have a lower salt content in relation to similar products in cans.
