Excellent pasta made from organic durum wheat flour. Recommended with Alce Nero tomato sauces.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Boil 1.5 l of boiling water for 100 g of pasta, add 10 g of salt. Cooking time 'al dente': 8 min.
