Organic rye flour type 2000 is a wholemeal flour, obtained from the complete milling of the entire rye grain. It is ideal for baking dark rye bread (giving it a dense consistency), mixed bread, pasta dough, as well as for preparing sourdough for sour rye soup (żur) and thickening vegetable pâtés. The product is 100% vegan and vegetarian, possesses an organic certificate, and contains no added sugar.
