Organic Milk Thistle Oil is a dietary supplement obtained by cold-pressing selected, certified Silybum marianum seeds. The raw material originates from Polish cultivations located in Kujawy, Wielkopolska, and Lubelszczyzna. This product has a light straw color and a very delicate taste and aromatic profile, typical of milk thistle seeds. Thanks to the cold-pressing method, the oil retains its natural properties.
Recommended Daily Intake
One teaspoon (5 ml) three times a day, 30 minutes before or during a meal. The recommended daily intake is 15 ml (3 teaspoons).
