RECOMMENDED USE
Orally: twice a day, 1 to 2 drops. Take diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion
Dermal (massage, bath): 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil
Aromatizing the air: 5 to 10 drops according to personal preference and room size.

WARNINGS
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
