Organic tri-color quinoa is a carefully selected blend of three quinoa varieties: white, red, and black, sourced from certified organic farms. Usage
Rinse the grains thoroughly under running water before cooking. Cook in a ratio of 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water for approximately 12–15 minutes, until the grains absorb the liquid and become soft. After cooking, let stand for a few minutes, then fluff gently.
