Organic Shirataki Fettuccine is a natural product, whose main ingredient is konjac glucomannan. This water-soluble fibre comes from the root of the Asian Konjac plant.  The pasta is certified by JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard). It is free from fat, sugar, starch, protein, wheat, gluten, and lactose, making it ideal for vegans and vegetarians. The pasta is transparent and has no distinct flavor of its own, allowing it to easily absorb the flavors of ingredients and spices. It is quick to prepare.
