Product description

Organic red lentils are dehulled brown lentils. Due to dehulling, red lentils are better absorbed by the body. Red lentils are prone to overcooking, so they are best suited as an addition to soups, one-pot dishes and savory snacks.

Preparation method
cook previously rinsed lentils at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of lentils per 2 servings of water) for about 25 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
