Organic Red Lentils are carefully cleaned and dried lentils from controlled organic farms in Turkey. With their delicate flavour and short cooking time, they are perfect for plant-based cuisine, ideal for soups, thick creams, curries, vegetable pastes, and salads. Usage
First, rinse under running water. Cook in a ratio of 1 part lentils to approximately 2–3 parts water for about 10–15 minutes until the grains are soft — cooking time depends on the desired consistency. They are ideal for soups, creams, one-pot dishes, curries, or as a base for pastes and fillings. Red lentils do not require lengthy soaking, which speeds up meal preparation.
