Organic Matcha is a powdered green tea. The process of preparing this beverage is a true ceremony and a sensory experience. Thanks to its unique flavour profile, Matcha can also be used as an ingredient in baked goods, ice creams, and smoothies.

Usage

Pour 250 ml of hot, but not boiling, water (approx. 70-80°C) over 1 small, flat teaspoon of tea (approx. 2,5 g). Stir quickly until the powder dissolves and a foam appears. To prepare Matcha in the traditional way, use a bamboo spoon to place a portion of tea into a pre-warmed bowl, pour hot, but not boiling, water over it, then whisk with a special bamboo whisk. This final step ensures the drink has a smooth, silky consistency.
