Moya Matcha is a brand of Japanese organic powdered matcha tea. Moya Matcha Daily is a matcha with a strong tea flavor and a noticeable bitter taste. It has an intensely green color. It is made from a blend of leaves from the second and third harvests. Moya Matcha Daily is recommended for those who enjoy the taste of green tea, and as an ingredient for matcha lattes, smoothies, baking, and ice cream.
Usage
Pour a small amount of warm water over one teaspoon of matcha tea in a bowl and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk until all the matcha dissolves and a characteristic thick foam appears on the surface. Then, slowly add water to achieve a portion of approximately 200 ml. The traditional bamboo chasen, or whisk, is best suited for whisking. Matcha can also be prepared using a handheld milk frother, and the traditional matcha bowl can be replaced with a glass or mug. The water should be approximately 80°C. You can achieve this temperature using a kettle with a thermometer or by letting a regular kettle of boiling water stand for 10 minutes. Matcha should not be brewed with boiling water, as it loses some of its nutritional properties.
