A dietary supplement based on organic grapefruit (Citrus paradisi).

Usage

Oral use: 1 to 2 drops, twice daily. Should be taken diluted in a tablespoon of honey or in vegetable oil.

Topical use (massage, bath): 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Air diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to personal preference and room size.
