METHOD OF PREPARATION
Add 750 ml of lukewarm water and 14 g of fresh yeast to 500 g of the mixture. Mix. Pour the ready dough of pancake batter consistency into a buttered and floured baking pan, cover and let rise for 40 min. Bake 10 min in an oven preheated to 250°C, then 30 min at 190°C. Remove the bread from the mold and bake for 10 min until the crust is golden
