Preparation

Preparation is simple: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one sachet and let it steep for 10 minutes. It is recommended to drink 2-3 cups daily. The maximum recommended sugar intake per cup (250 ml of water) is 12,5 g (maximum 5 g/100 ml).
