Usage

To prepare sprouts at home, follow these steps: Take a flat plate and line it with gauze or another water-absorbing material. Spread a single layer of seeds on the gauze and water them, preferably with boiled and lukewarm water. Keep adding water to ensure the gauze remains consistently moist. Place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the type of sprouting plant, sprouts will appear after 2-4 days. For larger seeds, such as peas, soy, chickpeas, etc., or seeds with hulls like pumpkin and sunflower, trim the sprouts before consumption. Small seeds can be used whole.
