Naura's organic barley flakes are made by crushing barley grains from certified farms. During the production process, the grains are cleaned and then hydrothermally treated and flaked. Barley flakes are a great option for a healthy and nutritious breakfast. They taste best with yogurt and fruit or warm with milk - as an alternative to traditional oatmeal. Barley flakes can also be used for dry dishes - pâtés, vegetable burgers, as well as for thickening sauces and stews.
